The Chaparral Alumni Network Executive Committee welcomes two new members 


Rowan Miranda, as a Distinguished Alumnus of the College of DuPage, holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago, where his dissertation on privatizing city government received the Best Dissertation in American Public Administration award from NASPAA. With an extensive academic background, including two M.A. degrees in Public Policy Analysis and Political Science, and a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Rowan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the committee. His professional career spans prominent roles such as Senior Managing Partner for Government Strategy at Workday and Managing Director at Accenture LLP, where he led transformative projects in public and higher education sectors. Rowan’s expertise and commitment to public service will undoubtedly enrich the Chaparral Alumni Network, fostering stronger connections and growth within the community.

Adrian Raygoza is an accomplished alumnus of College of DuPage, bringing with him a wealth of experience across various sectors. His roles at Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine have showcased his expertise in practice management, clinical research operations, and infectious disease management. Adrian’s dedication to innovation and efficiency, evident in his roles managing multi-disciplinary teams, directing federally funded research trials, and spearheading COVID-19 response efforts, makes him an invaluable addition to the CAN Executive Committee. Furthermore, his service as a Sergeant in the United States Army National Guard underscores his commitment to leadership and service. We are excited to have Adrian’s expertise and passion on board and look forward to working together.
